Description: 
FABULOUS Human Resources Opportunity Available in Yonkers, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in jump starting their career in Human Resources, who is highly organized, reliable, trustworthy, and can work independently.
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Assistant on a long-term temporary basis. The hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience and is working for a really great organization!

Responsibilities will include:
  • I-9 Management; auditing and updating employee files, scanning, saving to shared drive, filing hard copies
  • Assistance with formatting and posting job descriptions
  • File management of confidential personnel files
  • Occasionally working with benefits department
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Answering phones and sorting mail
  • Social media posting
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience Required
  • Administrative and Clerical Support
  • Experience working with confidential data
  • Quick learner, self-starter, detail oriented and great communication skills
  • Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent writing skills
