Our client is seeking a Human Resources Assistant on a long-term temporary basis. The hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience and is working for a really great organization!
Responsibilities will include:
- I-9 Management; auditing and updating employee files, scanning, saving to shared drive, filing hard copies
- Assistance with formatting and posting job descriptions
- File management of confidential personnel files
- Occasionally working with benefits department
- Ordering of supplies
- Answering phones and sorting mail
- Social media posting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Administrative and Clerical Support
- Experience working with confidential data
- Quick learner, self-starter, detail oriented and great communication skills
- Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent writing skills
